Free delivery does not apply to overseas orders.

For postage costs to other countries please contact us. 

To qualify for free delivery the total amount of products purchased after any discounts and before any delivery is added must be of 20.00 or over. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time. If you cancel part of an order then the postage and packaging will be recalculated to take this into account. So for example if you order £22 worth of goods but then cancel part of the order which is valued at £5 this then makes your order worth £17 and so would no longer qualify for free delivery. 

Delivery Time: Delivery will normally be by Royal Mail 1st Class or Courier and will take between 2-7 working days, heavier items may be sent by other carriers, we reserve the right to post by carrier of our choice.

Orders received before 11.00pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock and payment has been received.

Items ordered after 11.00pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday.

Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.

Sentiments Burnham stock status is being constantly updated but in the unlikley event that a popular item runs out of stock at the same time as you ordered it and we cannot despatch your order, we will contact you A.S.A.P. to resolve the situation.

Purchases of inflated Balloon Bouquets, latex balloons and Helium balloon gas can be made over the web and collected from Sentiments in Burnham-on-Sea at an agreed time. 

We do not normally deliver these items.

Due to the weather and time of year for example Christmas, throughout the UK some parcels may take slightly longer to be delivered.

Some goods are sent via recorded delivery and therefore require a signature on delivery.
