Refund & Returns Policy


If you receive an item that is broken or unsatisfactory,

please contact Sentiments as soon as possible as problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges.


 If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:

You must contact us before returning the item.

Any goods which have been personalised, or modified in any way cannot be returned.

Any pierced jewellery items cannot be returned.

Goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked.

Any free gifts that were received as a result of purchasing the goods must also be returned.

Goods returned must also include all original packaging, documentation and any labels should still be attached.

Goods must be returned within 21 days of receipt.

Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.

Goods listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are not refundable, but may be exchanged.

Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable, unless by prior arrangement for damaged items.

You will not be refunded for the P&P of your item.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us.

We recommend a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipts such as Royal mail recorded delivery.


What if my order is damaged in the post?


All risk of loss and damage to a product passes to you upon shipment of the product purchased.

We are not responsible for any acts or omissions in connection with the packing or shipping of the products or of the carriers,

whether or not recommended or selected by us. 

We will of course help in everyway to ensure that you do receive either your item or insurance.


 

What if my order doesn't arrive?


It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 21 days of the estimated delivery date so that the appropriate action can then be taken.
